Push past barriers

Life coaching offers mentoring and guidance. It helps you reach your big life goals and find a sense of belonging.

Life coaching helps you draw out the hidden goals within you and bring about the changes you want to see.

What is life coaching?

Life coaching involves a series of judgement-free conversations with life coach, Cassie Gardner. Cassie is an Accredited Life Coach of the Jay Shetty International Certification School.

Life coaching is made up of a series of hour-long conversations.

  • In the first 1 or 2 sessions, you and Cassie will talk about your life and goals.
  • In each session you will talk about small steps you might take to create change or build your skills.
  • Each session is organised to fit in with your life and what works for you, and can be done online by Zoom, Skype or FaceTime, or over the phone.

How life coaching helps

Cassie’s goal is to get all the different parts of your life working for you, not against you. This might mean working on things like your routines, behaviours, support networks and community.

Everyone has different things they’re good at, different skills they need to develop, and different things they want from life.

Cassie can help you understand these things about yourself and make small changes day-to-day to build your confidence.

Life coaching can help you:

  • improve how you manage anxiety and self-doubt
  • get to know yourself, and recognise and appreciate all your skills and opportunities
  • see the possibilities in front of you
  • set new goals and work towards them – whether that’s building new skills, improving your routines or getting more involved in your community.

Who we work with

Cassie works with:

  • people with disability
  • people who want to find a greater sense of belonging in themselves and their community.
